Lost Lake Distillery philosophy

Since the creation of Lost Lake Distillery in 1999, our ambitions have outgrown the simple idea of producing and selling Greek Spirits.
We have a strong will to be pioneers, innovators, provocateurs and change makers. The reconnection of the earth with the distillation, the re-evaluation of the prescribed "rules" of the industry, the questioning but also the understanding of where the taste comes from is something very important for us. This was and is a journey that would continue to inspire us forever.
Continuing on this path, we discover that the more we learn, the more we know what to do. Today, our commitments to people and the environment are becoming stronger, ensuring that all the forces of our distillery will be the starting point for continuous improvement.
With our specialized team, we pursue this greatest goal and maintain our mission to create the highest quality spirits in Greece.
