THE 16th EUROPEAN COUNCIL OF THE GASTRONOMY AND OENOLOGY IN ATHENS on October 19-21

Greece becomes the center of gastronomy and wine of Europe with the organization of the 16th Annual Congress of the European Council of the Gastronomy & Oenology Brotherhoods CEUCO, at Athens' Zappeion Megaron on October 19-21.

The Congress in Greece, “EUROPE OF THE TASTES – Greece: Tourism – Wine Gastronomy” will host, in addition to the conferences, a major exhibition targeted to promote the interconnection of the agricultural production with consumption. The Regional and Municipal Authorities, though the event will promote and highlight the European historical heritage with the local gastronomic culture of each region and the traditional products.The emphasis will be on policies and actions for the development of the sectors of tourism, agriculture, products processing.Greetings, speeches and presentations, will be delivered by the political leadership and Local Government authorities, as well as from the business representatives of the tourism and agriculture sector, and by the international and European congress participants.
