Natural persons or legal entities that provide or have provided valuable services as part of the attempt to achieve the objectives of the Federation may be Honorary Members.

The General Assembly reaches a decision on the nomination of such members following a proposal put forward by the Board of Directors, by a majority of 2/3 of the attending members.
