“Kosteas” is a local, family business in the alcoholic drinks sector. The company was founded in 1962 in Kalamata by Thanasis Kosteas, father of the current owner Panagiotis Kosteas.

Since the beginning of its operations, the company was the leading supplier of ouzo in Kalamata, providing this traditional drink in bars, taverns and other local businesses. In the meantime, “Kosteas” operates its own, traditional store, located in the center of Kalamata, selling its famous products in retail prices. In recent years, “Kosteas” business took a step forward and started producing tsipouro. Last, but not least, in the list of “Kosteas’s” products, are the Kalamata extra virgin olive oil (evoo) and the bottling of local wines, making “Kosteas” one of the most developing companies in the alcoholic drinks and bottling sector.
