Press Release: Athens Bar Show 2019

The 10th Athens Bar Show, which took place on November 5 & 6, 2019 was lovingly described as “my favourite Bar Show in the world” by many prominent guest speakers and visitors.

The unique educational exhibition for professionals of bars reached the milestone of the 10th event bringing together 9,500 visitors from 50 different countries.
During two very busy days, the professionals visited the transformed venue of Technopolis of Athens. 46 exhibitors from Greece and 6 directly from abroad presented about 1,000 different products. There were 78 training seminars and lectures by 118 experts-speakers coming from 15 countries.
Alongside the exhibition, Athens nightlife had the Athens Bar Show's color, aroma and taste via the multiple events, pop-up bars and guest bartender shifts organized by exhibitors and cocktail bars in the city, giving us all the opportunity to 'travel' and try cocktail recipes from many award-winning cocktail bars and bartenders around the world.

The “Spirits of Greece” initiative of the Athens Bar Show was welcomed very warmly. It is a training stage dedicated exclusively to Greek spirits, where many great products of Greece were gathered and presented with guided tastings. Visitors, many of whom came from cities outside Greece, were able to discover Greece's hidden treasures all in one location.

The organizers and exhibitors of the Athens Bar Show always support responsible drinking so that visitors can enjoy a great knowledge and education experience.
