DISTILLERS UNION OF KAVALA SA
The Distillers Union of Kavala S.A. was created through the conversion of the pre-existing company called Distillers Union of Kavala L.T.D. which dated back to 1969.
The majority of its 18 founding members were offsprings of distiller refugees of 1922, who combined their knowledge, experience and financial strengths, so that they could create a business with a bright future. EN.PO.KA S.A. during its 4 decades of its existence, managed to maintain a purely Greek ownership.
It is situated in private facilities (2500 m² indoors) in the area of Perigiali in the city of Kavala.

The Management of “EN.PO.KA S.A.” is committed to the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of an effective system of producing alcoholic beverages, that will offer its clients safe products of consistent quality increasing their satisfaction.
In order to secure the safety of the beverages that the company manages, the Management of the company documented and implemented a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) according to the international standard requirements DIN EN ISO 22000:2005 dictates.
The FSMS purpose of implementation covers Production, Βottling and Trading of Ouzo and Tsipouro.
