The history of West Greece Distillery starts in 1914. Ouzo, our traditional drink is made for the first time in ARTA, where we were first established, based on the knowledge of co-incubation of various aromatic seeds such as anise, fennel, cauliflower. a. with ethyl alcohol. In 1949 the company was relocated to Agrinio, where until then a branch was operating, and now the production and distribution of beverages takes place there. The recipe was handed down as a will from generation to generation, keeping the secrets of the delicate aroma and the unique taste of ouzo. In recent years, honoring the tradition of our home land, our ouzo was given the name "Vrachoritiko" (Vrachori: the old name of the city of Agrinio). Our product range offcourse is being constantly growing but always with special attention to maintaining the right quality feel.

For over a century our products have been part of your life, and with good reason. Only the best quality ingredients are used for filling up your glass. Great emphasis is placed on the production process where the most strict standards are followed. We are certified with iso 22000(haccp) since 2019 .Whether it is distillation or bottling, we emphasize on details so taste can exceed your expectations. Ouzo "Vrachoritiko" which everyone enjoys has the most recognizable taste but it’s not the only one. We provide products for the most demanding customers.
